Placing an order means you accept the terms outlined below:
RETURN & REFUND
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. Once your order is placed, our production process begins immediately, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
If we make an error (e.g., incorrect customization or defective product), we’ll reproduce and ship a replacement free of charge. However, refunds are not available in these cases. Since customized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are not eligible for cancellation or modification once they are processed.
Custom orders are sent into production right after checkout — please double-check all information (names, messages, spelling, etc.) before placing your order.
FREE REPLACEMENT
We offer free replacement in the following situations:

Your package shows no movement for over 3 weeks

Your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to our factory or the carrier

Your item is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g. incorrect custom info)
To request a replacement, email us at service@craftvalor.com with:

Your order number and email address

Photos or videos of the issue

If the issue is related to printing or sizing, include clear images with a ruler or tape measure for scale
If your claim is verified, we’ll send a new replacement product at no cost to you. We believe this is the best way to resolve your issue — as such, refunds are not offered.
Note:
Replacements are not provided for customer errors, such as incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Also, allow a 20% variation between product images and actual items due to differences in lighting or screen settings.
REPLACEMENT WITH A SMALL FEE
In select cases, we offer replacements at a small fee (much less than the original price), such as:

You received the wrong item, design, or size due to an input error on your end
You do not need to return the original item in this case.
